Pinnacle Event Staff celebrate having the world’s largest software maker, Microsoft, as one of their clients.

Microsoft have offices throughout the UK – Thames Valley Business Park, Reading, Paddington, Liverpool Street, London and Edinburgh. Pinnacle Event Staff provide event professionals to oversee both internal and external events for Microsoft and their exclusive partners on a weekly basis.

Our event support team oversee and manage the events taking place at these locations and act as the main point of contact for the Microsoft partner. The role of the team leader involves looking after up to five different events at once and coordinating the team to ensure the presenters have everything they need, catering runs to time and all events run smoothly, as well as any additional ad hoc duties that might occur throughout the day. Due to us providing regular staff for Microsoft, our event support team take part in an onboarding process so that they are familiar with the strict standards that Microsoft have in place.

2019 saw the relationship grow with Pinnacle Event Staff providing event professionals for the Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) at the Paddington Office, a small intimate event space for high level executives. Microsoft use the EBC for executive training courses and Pinnacle Event Staff run the facility on the day, welcome delegates, check-in and show staff to the relevant room.
